Revision A · Effective September 9, 2026
Terms of service
These terms describe access to Tinverse LLC's hosted Tin eQMS review application. Any separately executed evaluation or service agreement governs the scope it covers.
Purpose and available scope
Tin eQMS provides enrolled users with document review, fuzzy search, AI-assisted answers and confirmed draft collaboration. Availability depends on the deployed configuration and assigned permissions. Formal approval, electronic signing and regulatory transmission require separately authorized capabilities. The hosted review application currently keeps those actions disabled.
Accounts and authorized access
Use your own enrolled Google account and protect its authentication credentials. Access is limited to your assigned role, materials and enrollment period. An invitation or successful login grants only the access explicitly assigned to you. Report suspected account compromise promptly to eqms-support@tinverse.com.
Your material and responsibilities
You retain your rights in material you submit. You authorize Tinverse and its service providers to process that material as needed to provide the requested service and protect its operation, subject to the applicable agreement and privacy policy. Submit only material you are entitled to use and disclose in this environment.
Use authorized evaluation material in the preview. Keep patient information, production regulated records, secrets and private signing keys outside it until the intended deployment and data handling have been expressly authorized. Respect other users' confidentiality, access boundaries and intellectual-property rights. Impersonation, unauthorized access, interference with service operation and attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited.
AI assistance and human decisions
AI-assisted responses can contain errors or omit relevant information. Review the cited source, document version and proposed changes before relying on an answer or confirming an action. You remain responsible for your professional judgments and the decisions made under your account. Remote AI use is subject to the configured provider and the disclosures in the privacy policy.
Quality and regulatory responsibilities
Your organization is responsible for its QMS adoption, intended-use assessment, tool assurance, training, competence and authorization of regulated activities. Review and testing of this application supply evidence for those decisions. Regulatory compliance, device authorization and product release require their applicable organizational and regulatory processes.
Availability, support and charges
The review service is under development. Features can change or be interrupted for maintenance, security or engineering work. Service levels, commercial charges and support commitments require a separate agreement. Configured AI allowances can restrict availability; an allowance represents a usage limit and provides no commitment of free or continuous service.
Access suspension and ending participation
Tinverse or the authorized organization administrator may restrict access when enrollment ends, permissions change, security is at risk or use falls outside the agreed scope. Contact support to end participation or discuss access to your review material. Record retention, export and deletion are handled according to the applicable agreement, privacy policy and record obligations.
Software and branding
Tinverse retains its rights in its software and branding, subject to applicable third-party licenses. Access to the hosted service grants permission to use the available functions within your enrollment. Rights to copy, fork, redistribute or self-host the software require the applicable software license or a separate agreement.
Changes and contact
Published revisions will identify an effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the application or the account contact, with any required acceptance handled through the applicable agreement.
